WRGs Team excels in all technical areas and practical issues relating to problem solving for its clients, while also providing a unique understanding of the key issues and alternative solutions. Our reputation for excellent client service is well established, having performed more than 1,100 consulting engagements since the firm's inception in 2005.
WRG has developed long-term relationships with its clients. Approximately 70% of our work is performed for repeat clients, some of whom WRG have worked with for more than a decade. WRG's track record, measured in terms of customer satisfaction, type of engagements and the number of repeat clients, demonstrates the firm's ability to consistently deliver high quality work products for its clients.

Bob Wallace, M.B.A., President & Founder
Bob Wallace founded WIH Resource Group, Inc. (WRG) in 2005 after having last served as Director of Transportation & Logistics for Waste Management Inc. (WM).
Bob holds a B.A. from Washington State University and an M.B.A. in Managerial Leadership from City University.
He brings WRG's clients more than 39 years of operational strategy and improvement expertise in the waste management, recycling, transportation, legal expert witness, and alternative fuels sectors.
His leadership, his formal education, and his robust industry experience, coupled with his functional expertise in strategy, logistics, and operational and financial management of waste, recycling, and collection programs is a valuable asset to the WRG team and its clients.
Among other roles and responsibilities, Mr. Wallace lead the firms Expert Witness Services for clients.

Lindsay Waldram, CPA, is a Senior Associate with WIH Resource Group specializing in solid waste financial analysis, rate setting, and cost-of-service evaluation for municipal and private-sector clients. She provides financial modeling, regulatory rate review, and operational performance analysis supporting waste collection, recycling, transfer, and disposal systems. Ms. Waldram is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (Oregon) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Portland State University.
Ms. Waldram brings more than a decade of accounting and industry experience, including senior financial leadership roles with Waste Connections, Inc., where she served as Western Region District Controller and Senior Pricing Analyst supporting multi-state operations and regulatory rate filings. Her work included budgeting, forecasting, franchise reporting, and cost-of-service studies across Washington, Oregon, California, and Alaska.
In addition to her active role with WRG, she also founded and operates SW Financial Consulting, providing interim controller services, franchised hauler rate reviews, and solid waste system financial studies for municipalities and industry operators. At WRG, she supports clients in consulting financial analysis, project related research, and strategic planning engagements through defensible financial analysis and industry-specific economic evaluation and research.
